Summer associates work primarily in either the Tax, International, or Litigation/Government Contracts department for the entire summer thereby providing in-depth exposure to one of the firm’s specialty practice areas. A work assignment coordinator from each department works with the Recruiting Department to manage summer associate workloads and monitor the evaluation process. We keep summer associates apprised of their evaluations, and we work with them to ensure their success at the firm.
