Miller & Chevalier has a progressive part-time policy that accommodates, to the maximum extent consistent with firm needs and obligations, Members and non-Members wishing to arrange part-time employment. Part-time attorney salaries are generally based on a pro-rata portion of the full-time salaries of attorneys in the same compensation class, and benefits are not affected by a part-time schedule of more than 20 hours per week. All part-time arrangements are determined on a case-by-case basis.  Part-time associates are eligible to be considered for membership at Miller & Chevalier.
