Recruiting  Associates  Associates' Committee
The Associates' Committee provides a formal means for associates to discuss firm matters of shared interest with each other and with firm management. The associates of the firm elect three associates to staggered one-year terms, and these elected associates act as liaisons between the associates and the firm’s Executive Committee.

The Associates' Committee addresses issues of general relevance relating to the workplace environment, including hiring and retention policies, part-time hours programs, quality of life issues, staffing needs, pro bono activities, and compensation issues.

The Committee also serves a confidential ombudsman role to assist individual associates on an as-needed basis.
